If so, we are look­ing for a Head of Sales who is ready to take our busi­ness to the next lev­el!

As the Head of Sales, you will be respon­si­ble for lead­ing and devel­op­ing a high-per­form­ing sales team, devel­op­ing, and exe­cut­ing sales strate­gies, and dri­ving rev­enue growth for our SaaS busi­ness. In this role, you will have the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work close­ly with the CEO and man­age­ment team to shape the direc­tion of our busi­ness and make a sig­nif­i­cant impact on our growth.

Key respon­si­bil­i­ties

  • Cre­ate a cul­ture of high per­for­mance and stan­dards through coach­ing, moti­va­tion, devel­op­ment, and reward
  • Over­see­ing the sales team hir­ing, cre­at­ing train­ing pro­grams for new col­leagues and exist­ing team
  • Fore­cast­ing and cre­at­ing annu­al sales quo­tas for regions and ter­ri­to­ries to deter­mine sales objec­tives
  • Devel­op and imple­ment a scal­able sales process­De­vel­op and exe­cute a com­pre­hen­sive sales strat­e­gy that aligns with our busi­ness goals and objec­tives
  • Build and main­tain strong rela­tion­ships with key stake­hold­ers, includ­ing cus­tomers, part­ners, and inter­nal teams
  • Con­tin­u­ous­ly mon­i­tor and analyse sales per­for­mance, iden­ti­fy­ing oppor­tu­ni­ties for improve­ment and imple­ment­ing ini­tia­tives to dri­ve growth
  • Roll up your sleeves and work along­side your team to close deals and dri­ve rev­enue
  • Col­lab­o­rate with cross-func­tion­al teams to ensure align­ment and exe­cu­tion of sales strate­gies across the organ­i­sa­tion
  • Devel­op and main­tain a deep under­stand­ing of our indus­try, mar­ket trends, and com­pet­i­tive land­scape
