If so, we are looking for a Head of Sales who is ready to take our business to the next level!
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, developing, and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for our SaaS business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and management team to shape the direction of our business and make a significant impact on our growth.
Key responsibilities
- Create a culture of high performance and standards through coaching, motivation, development, and reward
- Overseeing the sales team hiring, creating training programs for new colleagues and existing team
- Forecasting and creating annual sales quotas for regions and territories to determine sales objectives
- Develop and implement a scalable sales processDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Continuously monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing initiatives to drive growth
- Roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to close deals and drive revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies across the organisation
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our industry, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales leadership roles in the SaaS industry
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams
- Hands-on leadership style, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business goals
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for technology and the SaaS industry
