Qual­i­ty is key at BMI Leisure, so we are con­tin­u­ous­ly updat­ing and expand­ing our soft­ware solu­tions. These are the high­lights of our releas­es in Novem­ber 2022.

1. A new look for our achieve­ments screens

The achieve­ments screens in our mobile app received an upgrade.

2. Retrieve the event sub­scrip­tion link from home

As from now, you can retrieve the event sub­scrip­tion link through our Online Office solu­tion as well. This allows you to man­age a par­ty book­ing when you’re away from your venue. Any col­league that works remote­ly, or even your pre­ferred call cen­ter can step in to help you share the group reg­is­tra­tion link.

Shar­ing this link in advance increas­es the amount of upfront reg­is­tra­tions, result­ing in a smoother check-in process for both you and your guests.

We also enabled the abil­i­ty to trans­late your Online Office mod­ule into every lan­guage.

3VAT num­bers in POS and on print­ed receipts

As from now you can direct­ly add the VAT num­ber to any bill, both on dig­i­tal and print­ed receipts.

4EMV tick­ets

Ter­mi­nals that are ful­ly inte­grat­ed with our soft­ware will now print EMV tick­ets when a trans­ac­tion is declined or refund­ed. Are you unsure whether your ter­mi­nal is ful­ly inte­grat­ed? Our col­leagues from Sup­port will glad­ly help you out.

5. Short­cut to our Sup­port Cen­ter

Our brand new Sup­port Cen­ter con­tains many knowl­edge arti­cles to cov­er most of your urgent ques­tions. It also con­tains a con­tact form and an overview of your sup­port tick­ets and their sta­tus.

We added a short­cut in the help menu of our desk­top mod­ules, so our Sup­port col­leagues are only a few clicks away.

6. Extend­ed pay­ment and fis­cal inte­gra­tions

Any­one in Scan­di­navia can now inte­grate our soft­ware with the pay­ment provider Nets (Net­sEasy), and as well with pay­ment ter­mi­nal Ingeni­co Lane 3000.

Any­one in the UK can inte­grate our soft­ware with the World­pay IPC3 Ter­mi­nal (Ver­i­fone p800).

Any­one in Por­tu­gal can now inte­grate our soft­ware with Ven­dus, a fis­cal POS soft­ware.
