Qua­li­ty is key at BMI Lei­su­re, so we are con­ti­nuous­ly updating and expan­ding our soft­ware solu­ti­ons. The­se are the high­lights of our releases in Novem­ber 2022.

1. A new look for our achie­ve­ments screens

The achie­ve­ments screens in our mobi­le app recei­ved an upgrade.

2. Retrie­ve the event sub­scrip­ti­on link from home

As from now, you can retrie­ve the event sub­scrip­ti­on link through our Online Office solu­ti­on as well. This allows you to mana­ge a par­ty boo­king when you’re away from your venue. Any col­le­ague that works remo­te­ly, or even your pre­fer­red call cen­ter can step in to help you share the group regis­tra­ti­on link.

Sha­ring this link in advan­ce increa­ses the amount of upfront regis­tra­ti­ons, resul­ting in a smoot­her check-in pro­cess for both you and your guests.

We also enab­led the abili­ty to trans­la­te your Online Office modu­le into every lan­guage.

3VAT num­bers in POS and on prin­ted receipts

As from now you can direct­ly add the VAT num­ber to any bill, both on digi­tal and prin­ted receipts.

4EMV tickets

Ter­mi­nals that are ful­ly inte­gra­ted with our soft­ware will now print EMV tickets when a tran­sac­tion is decli­ned or refun­ded. Are you unsu­re whe­ther your ter­mi­nal is ful­ly inte­gra­ted? Our col­le­agues from Sup­port will glad­ly help you out.

5. Short­cut to our Sup­port Cen­ter

Our brand new Sup­port Cen­ter con­ta­ins many know­ledge artic­les to cover most of your urgent ques­ti­ons. It also con­ta­ins a cont­act form and an over­view of your sup­port tickets and their sta­tus.

We added a short­cut in the help menu of our desk­top modu­les, so our Sup­port col­le­agues are only a few clicks away.

6. Exten­ded pay­ment and fis­cal inte­gra­ti­ons

Anyo­ne in Scan­di­na­via can now inte­gra­te our soft­ware with the pay­ment pro­vi­der Nets (Net­sEa­sy), and as well with pay­ment ter­mi­nal Inge­ni­co Lane 3000.

Anyo­ne in the UK can inte­gra­te our soft­ware with the World­pay IPC3 Ter­mi­nal (Verif­o­ne p800).

Anyo­ne in Por­tu­gal can now inte­gra­te our soft­ware with Ven­dus, a fis­cal POS soft­ware.
