As the Growth Marketeer, you’ll be the architect of our content and digital marketing endeavors, igniting excitement and driving results across all channels. Your mission? To captivate our audience, nurture leads, and fuel growth through strategic content creation and digital wizardry. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s narrative and driving measurable impact on our business growth.
Your job responsibilities include:
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and boost revenue growth.
- Create compelling content such as blog posts, e‑books, webinars, and social media posts to educate and engage target audiences. Distribute content across relevant channels to maximize reach and impact.
- Monitoring lead generation campaigns using tactics such as email marketing, SEO, SEA, and social media advertising.
- Optimize conversion funnels to convert leads into customers efficiently.
- Collaborate with product teams to understand product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Develop marketing collateral and messaging that effectively communicates value propositions to target audiences.
- Track and analyze key marketing metrics such as website traffic, lead conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLV). Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
- Preparation of events such as fairs, trade shows, booth, marketing materials, coordinate activities around the event.
- Coordinating marketing efforts with external partners.
- Ensure Branding is consistent across all markets & industries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing roles
- Previous experience or knowledge in HubSpot is a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
- Proven affinity with digital marketing (SEO, SEA, Content, Social Media Email marketing,..)
- Languages: Fluent in English, other European languages is a plus
