What does it do?

Our POS system enables staff to quickly process various types of sales through an intuitive, visually organized interface. It categorizes products and services logically using customizable pages and resources, making it simple to find and add items or activities to a bill, handle modifications, and finalize payments. You also have the option to use our simplified version of the POS.

  • Flexible Product Organization: Easily set up and modify product (or package) pages using drag-and-drop. Group items logically under resources (like 'Bar', 'Merch', 'Arcade') or categories (e.g., Drinks > Gin > Specific Gin Brand).
  • Multiple Sales Methods: Staff can sell items via touchscreen buttons, barcode or NFC scanning (ideal for merchandise or arcade redemption), the numeric keypad for specific quantities, a searchable list view, and more.
  • Modifiers & Supplements: Easily handle product supplements like adding sauces to food, specifying steak cooking preferences, or adding extras like Balaclavas to karting sessions.
  • Fiscal Compliance: Adapts to many local fiscal regulations (e.g. specific transaction requirements) based on the configured country.
  • Reservation Linking & Discounts: Connect sales to reservations to keep everything in one place or apply discount or voucher codes during the sales process.
  • Stock Management: Optionally display real-time stock levels directly on product buttons.
  • Period of Time Availability: Configure pages or products to appear only during specific times (e.g. weekend menus, seasonal offers).

Pro Tip:

For complex menus (like an extensive list with bar or food offerings), group items logically (e.g. under “beers”, “sodas” or “lemonades“). This makes finding products much faster for staff compared to scrolling through endless buttons or searching for it.
